For a fee to be agreed on (starting at EUR 99.00) we will attend viewings of properties with only YOUR interest in mind. We will inform you about the pros and cons, i.g. location, condition, price performance ratio based on comparable properties and our experience.
We clarify what advertisements and / or exposés, intentionally or unintentionally, are concealing.
You will receive an objective, detailed report from us with the result of the inspection, including any problems that may arise, as well as unretouched photos that we have taken. You can then decide whether you are still interested or whether we have spared you a great disappointment combined with the time, the financial expense and the hassle of a useless trip.
